Hi ladies! Have you ever come across a man who you know is cheap but still wants the presence of your company? Does this kind of behavior drive you crazy. If so, you are not alone. You may want to provide him with the Floozy Biddy’s Guide to Dating a Cheap Bastard.
I know that a writing a blog post entitled “The Floozy Biddy’s Guide to Dating a Cheap Bastard” may sound harsh but it really isn’t. When dating I do not want to feel like I am breaking a man’s budget. As a vegetarian, I personally am already a very cheap date. I also do not want to make the man feel bad about being such a cheap bastard. As a woman, it might be our obligation to make suggestions on places we can go out on dates that won’t break his little pockets.
How To Do Movie Night When Dating a Cheap Bastard
One of the biggest excuses men make is how much money it costs for movie and a dinner.
There are LOTS of movie options out there for the cheap bastards to take women on dates. First, there are a couple of movie subscription services that won’t break the bank including AMC Stubs A-List, AMC $5 Ticket Tuesday, MoviePass, and Sinemia.
AMC Stub’s A-List costs $19.95 a month per person. The $19.95 means the cheap bastard can take a date to the movies three times a week. For a total of $40 per month, the CHEAP BASTARD can watch 12 movies a month as a date option. This is a much better deal for you than the AMC $5 Ticket Tuesday which, if you bought for two people, would cost $40 a month but only allow movie goers the option to see movies four to five month.
Cost: $40 a month for two (AMC Stub’s A-List)
MoviePass is another movie subscription service. MoviePass currently costs $9.95 a month and subscribers can watch movies three times a month. Be warned that MoviePass is going through a lot of with financing so I am not certain how long they will be around but if you are truly a cheap bastard you’ll buy this option and spend a mere three times a month watching movies with your boo for a total of $20.
Cost: $20.00 a month for two
Last and not least is Sinemia. This is a new service I found out about. Sinemia has subscriptions based upon the number of tickets bought per month. Sinemia has a sale right now ($3.99 per month) but generally one ticket costs about $12.99 per month and three tickets costs $34.99 per month. Pricing also depends upon your location.
Cost: $25 to $70 a month depending on location

Now ladies, your cheap bastards will LOVE this family plan from Sinemia!!!
Sinemia’s family plan is a single membership plan with a maximum numbers of tickets able to be purchased at a total of six. One person can buy the pass and can bring friends or family members to the movies. Also, the tickets, since they are bought on an app, can be transferred to others.
If your cheap bastard decided to buy six tickets so him and his two friends can go to the movies with their dates, the price of the tickets can range from $24.99 to $89.99 per month. See Movie Ticketing Service Sinemia Introduces Family Plans.
Cost: If three guys unite, the costs can be a mere $8 to $30 per month for the package per cheap bastard.

Great article! A few years ago I had a date who convinced me that the portions were large at this pricey Mexican restaurant and suggested we share an entrée. The portions weren’t large and I was still hungry. For the sake of being polite, I stopped to get food on the way home. He should have chosen a cheaper restaurant.

Thank you for your response. I am glad that someone validated that these things happen. I was just out tonight and was asked “what type of men do you date?” Ummm, cheap men unfortunately. I am not saying all of them are like this but it seems like since I’ve lived in Atlanta I get a good number of them like this. Send him the article and tell him to stop being a cheap bastard!
